EXHIBITION
Orenge Durham is an innovative new space located in downtown Durham. The historic building located at 119 Orange Street has been reimagined as a co-working space, community gathering space, art gallery and more. It is also home to two chic, short-stay studio flats and a cocktail bar called The Velvet Hippo. The concept was designed by The Assemblage Studio and Alva Horton. The exposed brick and industrial characteristics of the space make it the perfect backdrop for the rich textile work of Martha Clippinger. The exhibition will be on view through January 2025.

"Artsuite is committed to building community through art. We are delighted to collaborate with Orenge Durham to exhibit the remarkable work of Martha Clippinger. She is known for her brilliant use of color theory and geometric abstraction. Clippinger creates textiles, paintings and sculpture and has exhibited all over the world including most recently at the North Carolina Museum of Art. "
